MFA Thesis Exhibition- 100 Seconds to Midnight

This installation examines several global factors outlined by the Doomsday Clock that was first introduced by the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists in 1947. The Doomsday Clock was popularized during the Cold War Era, and measures the likelihood of a man-made global catastrophe. The Clock considers the effects of nuclear weapons, climate change, and other disruptive sources. This installation centers on the effects of nuclear weapons, environmental violence, and offers a critique of the history of violence and usage of power of the United States.
